I have been taking my vehicles to Lalo’s garage for over 30 years, starting with his father and developed a strong and trusting friendship. He’s never let me down and has always been honest and fair in conducting business. I have driven trouble free for hundreds of thousands of miles on his excellent workmanship all over the country and I look forward in another 30 years of business!

Took my car here a few weeks ago to get a camshaft bolt removed and connector replaced. After getting a horrible service I took my car to the INFINITI DEALERSHIP, where I was given (in writing), the cause of the camshaft position sensor issues. As I thought, it was an aftermarket connector and the worst wiring job you could pay for. "CAUSE: cam position sensor wired improperly (wires connected in wrong order). The wrong order, seriously? After fixing it, my vehicle is now operating as expected, and EVERY SINGLE PROBLEM is gone... interesting. I'll add a picture below because I know Mr. Accountability will do everything possible to avoid taking responsibility for this, as you can see from his reply to my last review. How does the car drive better than when it came in if it wasn't driven into your shop in the first place? A tow truck dropped it off and you had never heard it run before. Learn from your mistakes, grow as a person, and don't try to wiggle out of this one with some lackluster reply. I think we've proven it was completely your fault. Go somewhere else, this place is ran by the worst.

Took my car in to get some work done and Lalo took care of everything without overcomplicating things. Straightforward, honest, and quick. Prices were fair and the car is running smooth again. Definitely one of those shops you can trust. Will be coming back if I need anything else.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. The owner will take zero accountability for anything that happens and try to kick you out so they can go home on time. They installed an aftermarket connector with no retaining clip on my car, and then tried to blame me for having low oil when the car was much better off 24 hours prior to bringing it in. Went to another mechanic and within seconds he was able to tell me a rudimentary wiring job was done and the wrong connector was used. In his exact words: "I hope you didn't pay for that". Save yourself a massive headache by going literally anywhere else.
